Re: The Reel Guys
I met one of those guys last summer on the Kalama. When he told me he had a fishing show I didnt really believe him. Did I ever feel stupid when about 2 days later I saw him on ESPN.

Re: The Reel Guys
I saw these guys this morning on ESPN fly fishing for "Golden Bone fish" (carp!!) in Lake Michigan. It looked like they were really having fun. I am from Moses Lake Wa. and we have a real abundance of Golden Bone Fish there. I'm thinking of going back with my 8wt and see what develops. Jennie, I think you will do fine, these are our kind of people.

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS
am from there, myself~!
but couldn't see moving back, with all the species and types of fish we have...
trout, steelhead, salmon, sea bass, ling cod, etc etc, isn't a good trade for bass and catfish

Re: The Reel Guys
fishin' ain't too bad in texas. you forgot hybrid stripers, panfish by the boatfull, red fish, speckled trout, flounder, croaker, drum, sheepshead, shark, tarpon and if you've got a boat built for big water you can run 20 or 30 miles offshore and fish for who knows what. that's as long as you can stand the heat and humidity. i often say it's like living in someone's armpit. i'm still trying to talk my brother and his family into moving up here. he'd make a good front seater if he can sit still long enough.
as for the accent, they made me check that at the border on my way out. you'd be hard pressed to tell i'm from texas just from my speech. ifiny you boys need hep gittin' rid of yer accent, just gimmea call, ya' hear.

The Reel Guys
The great people from Chicken Soup called to tell me they were going to be on The Reel Guys from ESPN, this Saturday.
Has anyone heard of them, or watched their show?
I found them here, at ESPN.
Anyway, they are supposed to call me for a radio interview... I'll have to listen in to see if I can handle these two!
