Need a Hospital Hole Update

After fishing at the Oyster House all morning saturday and not seeing a fish I was wondering why there were so many rigs at the Hospital Hole? The tides seemed to be off. Was there a bite going on ?
We talked to a guide who said the water temp. at the Oyster House was 42degrees and out at the Ghost Hole was 46degrees. That slight difference was all it took to make the fish bite in the Ghost Hole and not at the Oyster House.
The water at the Hospital Hole had to be colder or just as cold as the Oyster House. So what was happening.
