Default One of a kind old school Abu 4501C
I have this custom Abu Ambassadeur 4501C for sale. What makes this reel special is that Abu never made a 4000 size reel with flat sides in left hand crank. And like most of my custom reels, this one has a modern 4-plate drag, ultra-cast, and instant anti-reverse. So you have a reel that looks vintage but has all the modern goodies. As you can see in the pictures the reel is about as perfect as they come. I built this reel for steelhead plugging(on vintage fiberglass rods of course). I've fished it a few times but as you can see it's still in mint condition. I've never seen another reel like it...but then again I say that about many of my custom reels because that IS the reason I build them in the first place. Asking $150

Thanks guys. I don't really know why I'm selling this Abu, I'll probably regret it later. But I don't plug often enough to really enjoy the reel and I don't fish quite as much as I should these days...
