Default necanicum anyone??

well some of you had thought about going outto the necanicum this weekend how did you do? I got a rumor that there was a ton of fairly brite chinooks on the upper wilson at the boarder hole a good friend claimed to put 15 on the bank useing some of our new jigs and some " special eggs". so I may do that tomorow but a good necanicum report could change my mind. will any of you be out tomorow??

Here's a tip. You can do really well on the lower part of the necanicum when its high. My biggest fish was caught when it was almost running over its banks and to top it off it was the largest fish my boat had ever caught.

it is at the elk creek turn out. Just on the other side of the highway there is a big turn out there on the left if going towards tillamook. If you go let me know how you do

Fished the upper river for a couple of hours on Sunday. Lots of rotting salmon still clinging to their redds. There weren't many Steelies up high though I did manage to get a close look at at a little native hen

PS Rivers aren't garbage dumps. Take your trash home with you and Pleaaaaase burry your TP and S*** even if you don't think anybody else fishes "your" hole.
