Default This ain\'t Spanky's house......

What a sweet day out there today !!!

Good weather, good friends, and some biting fish make it fun.

That's the way the day went for Ian ( thanks cappy) , ****** and I.

I started the action by releasing a 30# or so fiesty buck. Rick came thru with the next few hook ups, although the fish had other plans :depressed: . Ian's rod dove a few more times before HE came to visit us.

Yep after searching a few days , we found the Mr. Hogito for the season so far.

****** was the one who put the hurt to this fish. We didn't know exactly how big this fish was, until it tried to beach itself on the opposite bank That's when our eyes got BIG !!! For the next few minutes we were a little tense, cuz we knew this wasn't a little fella. Eventually, the fish was no match for Rick's drag and Ian's net skills.

WHAAAAAACKKKKKKK !!!!! MR. 45 # hog is in the bottom of the boat!!!

Now this may not be the biggest fish around, but it was the biggest to the boat so far !! I'm still pumped and all I did was keep the fish out of the bushes with the boat.

BOOYAH !!! What a day of fishing.

SCROLL TO ******'S AND GREEN PIRATES POSTS FOR PICS OF HOGS!!!!!!

Chris

ps. For those trying to follow the Asaltor, better look a little harder. The decoy method worked.......

Watch it Crabby !! The only boot you may find could be yours between your lips !!

Yup, I completely stink at uploads. I always get an Explorer error, and my pics never upload.

Trust me, it won't need any touch or size up !! ( not like that's up my alley anyways)

Chris

The other pic is better, but I stink :depressed: at the picture thingy.

Pic was taken a few hours after the fish was caught. The other pic is right away. Still working on that...

My pleasure ( and I'm sure his too)

Ok, I officially stink at the picture thing
Keep getting errors and such so I give up for now ( getting up before the paper boy doesn't help).

That was the second over 40# for Ian's boat this week. The Rogue got one a shade over 40 that we released on Monday. We have a pic of that one too, but you're asking the wrong guy to put it up. Maybe Kyle will........

If you wanna catch 'em you gotta get your stuff wet......There's a few BIG BASS around, just gotta hunt 'em up

HM- Better duct tape that net if you want part of these bad fellas

Good luck !

Chris

Duct tape is in place. It is the bailing wire handle I'm having a heck of a time with!!!

Good luck.

Way to go Rick. Glad to see you go a real decent fish. Chirs, don't worry about the picture thing. I can't get it to work either. Life goes on and more fish will come and go.

Nice background in the picture TR. he he he. What sucks is I can't go there this weekend. Got "the chores" to do at home Wife has been very patient so time to earn a few points.

Again, congrats!!!
