not much to say, except the how/why? I picked it up from a shipping Co. guy was moving their gear from Seattle into a remote area of Russia for some water studies back then, the group lost funding or something in the middle of it all and forfeited some of their gear for the shipping bill. the owner had visions of using this motor himself and rat holed it in the back of his heated building till now.

$2400 buys it, cash in hand to hear it run, I will not put gas to it until your ready to take it home!, then we will make sure it runs right in my test tank before leaving, I will install a new waterpump impeller at that time before running it.

-Note-, these make great 2 guy motors on a small sled or V bottom, they will move you around fine and settle down and troll all day if you like, you are not going to move around 3 big guys and all the gear......think race/light ...2 dudes and min gear for the day, 1 guy and kid and all the gear...get the idea?, great motors but there meant for small packages and pack in trips.

These are really well built motors I have had dozens, easy to start and kick out the power when you grab a handful.
