T Bay - crowded and choppy

This picture, taken about 11 AM today, shows that even when there's a good bite, there isn't necessarily a zoo. Watched at least one fish taken every ten minutes for about 3 hours with the added bonus of fish jumping every once in a while. I guess they were wondering where the flotilla was, too!



Small bait and big hooks seemed like today's ticket to success.

I wish it was that good in Hospital Hole today......fished till 11AM and only saw three legal fish caught, including the slough. Couple of snaggers doing their thing on the upper end of the hole, flinching on the slightest line movements. Between the two who were practicing their trigger finger skills, they hooked three and you could tell that all three were snagged. Expecially the one that one of them had to chase downriver 100 yards cause he had it by the tail. He finally broke it off. They are not to be confused however with the legit corky and yarn fishermen who fairly hooked and caught three of them, they were at the tail end of the hole. Lots of fish rolling, all dark.

Didn't you read what Hogmaster said about Sundays? Well, it seems the opposite is true about weekdays.
