Default Killer Chili

I put this together off a few recipies try it out its good!

Here goes.

1.25 Lb ground Beef
1.25 Lb Stew Meat
1 Whole white onion
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 Jalapeno peppers (or more per your taste)
2 10oz cans pinto beans Not drained
2 10oz cans black beans Not drained
2 10oz cans tomato puree, paste, or sauce
2 Tble spoon chili powder
2 Tsp cumin
Salt and Pepper as desired
2 Tsp oregano
1 slow cooker (crock pot)
  1. Dice onion, peppers,garlic.
  2. chop stew meat into small pieces and brown over med high heat.
  3. Brown ground beef.
  4. Add all browned meat to the slow cooker.
  5. Add seasioning and chopped onion, peppers,and sauce.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Mix Well.
  8. If you desire add your favorite hot sauce for hotter chili.
  9. (I use tapatio or habanero hot sauce)
  10. Slow cook for 7-8 hours over low heat
  11. Serve with corn bread.

That's a lot of chili. If i ate that much sounds like it would kill me too. Still sounds good though.

It is a lot. Good for a group or just freeze the left overs for a rainey day!
