Default More Snaggers on the Salmon River.

We have more and more snaggers on the Salmon river every day it seems, I have never seen an area where so many people openly snag & take illegal fish right in front of a crowd of onlookers. Today there were several snagging and we seen one illegal Coho Silver on the bank (unclipped) and most likely snagged, (after contacting the Oregon State Police today they assured us they would be doing more satuartion in that area) I would not mind being carded and checked a dozen times a day to see this stopped. We would also like to get a small group together to clean up that area before they close it off to fishing compleatly, I will personaly pay the fee's to take it all to the dump. (if intrested in helping contact me, it's quite a mess). We need to do our part to keep out the trash (both people and garbage) You can report game voilations & poaching to the Oregon State police for the entire state of Oregon on their "Hotline" at 1-800-452-7888 it won't be stopped if it is not reported. Thanks.

Good job bigfishon. That number is a speed dial selection on my cellphone.
