Wilson River is blown
The rain guage says 2.10 inches fell over night!
Chocolate Brown and high. 7.75 feet and going up.
So is the Kilchis!
Where to fish? Monday morning be at the Dam Hole on the Trask! It opens then! And some guy who was fishing there caught a big one! Then let it go. He didn't know it was closed until he came and talked with me!
Maybe its time to stock up on kwick-fish and sardines!

Don't forget the Marie's scent. What good are the Qwikfish and Sardines without your shrimp scent?

Re: Wilson River is blown
It almost seems like no one wants to know how the Wilson is today. I do my best to take pictures download them do reports and I only get a couple of responses.
I think I might just sleep in tomorrow.
Unless....

Re: Wilson River is blown
Marie,
I called earlier tonight and I appreciate the report you gave me...
Being an opportunist, I think I will give what my concious is telleing me a try tomorrow despite what my mind is telling me...

Re: Wilson River is blown
I suppose that was an oxymoran ...
What I meant by concious is "Having an awareness of one's environment but not still needing proof."
What I meant by "MIND" is what I see on the internet about a high river level and what you told me of the clarity...This is a known.
Unknown vs. known but I chose the wrong words.
Thats what I meant

Re: Wilson River is blown
Believe it or not I understand...
Glad you cleared it up!!
The Wilson River is still muddy brown, when I last looked at it *Just before dark*
Its NOT raining. River level is 7.51 and dropping fast!

Re: Wilson River is blown
Here is another one who appreciates your Wilson pix. It's one thing to check the river gauge report, but the picture often gives a better perspective. Well, back to shopping...
