I don't know what part of AK this is but humpies and coho rarely show up before late June and in August/Sept there are feeder kings, good coho fishing and the humpies are pests....humpies are always pests when they are around.

May-June, king salmon. August/Sept coho, humpies and butt. I'd go in late August or early Sept, it's after hunting season starts so many locals are hunting, the weather is about as good as it gets and the fishing is usualy hot.
