Default any dutch oven cookers here??

one of my favorite things to do all summer, is go camping, with no agenda, and cook in the dutch ovens!
I have some cool pictures with a great chile in a 12" oven , then a 12" full of fresh rolls from scratch( strait from rhodes ) stacked on top, then a fresh apple pie in a 10" stacked on top of that. 3 high, all done to perfection!

i'm still learning, but i've been turning out some great meals.

whats your favorite thing to cook in a Dutch oven?

I just started dutch oven cooking on our last clam trip to Ocean Park a week ago.
So far, I made an awesome beef stew and my favorite Alaskan creamy razor clam chowder.....

I'll be checking out the link for sure.

Build a fire once you have a bed of coals hollow the center of the fire out. Place your cast iron dutch over with post roast with veggies and cover with wood and coals,go fishing. After about 8 hours of hard fishing you come back to a hot meal, worked on the Hoh even in the rain.

I had venison in a dutch oven when I was a boy camping with my dad, I'm 54 now and can still remember how amazing it was.
