Default Yaquina/Alsea report

I fished the Yaquina at 31 yesterday morning for three hours beginning at first light. Didn't have a bump and didn't see a fish caught. Not sure if anything happened at the high tide but my guess that it stayed quiet. Then fished Waldport jaws for a while. It was a big tide but I wanted to try it. Water temp was 47 degrees and didn't have a bump. Fished upriver for about three hours from Drift Creek to almost Taylor's. No bites and heard of one fish caught. Ouch. Alot of time on the water for zero bites.

Any word on action up river? Say Elk City or Cozy Cove?
