Default Salmon Festival @ Oxbow this weekend
Does anybody know how the Salmon festival would affect an attempt to drift Oxbow to Dabney? Will they still allow boats to be launched? Are there any bank areas that will be off limits to non-festival goers? Will I have to dodge 8000 people in the water through the park stretch?
