Default To be like Jeff

Is there anyone else out there that sometimes has the same thought that I do? The thought that sometimes you just wish you could be like Jeff.

Although I am a charter member of the be like Jeff Fan Club, today I just wanted to be like Scott or Jerry..... Actually we did ok today , 7 for 11 on the Nustucca TW............ But I still want to be like Jeff

Will add this, althought I am not a regular on the Nustucca TideWater, today was a very enjoyable day. Lots of good fisherman, everyone was nice and friendly, those who knew what they were doing caught fish. The only bad thing was the Ammerman possie was also fishing this stretch river, Grant & Scott were as usuall the consumate professionals, (read being nice while hookin lots of fish) and Gary as usuall was all over the river catching fish. If I were ever to hire a guide (and I never will) I would without a doubt hire Scott, Gary or Grant....... After watching how they treat their customers and how many fish they catch, it's a no brainer....... I feel lucky to hold up my end of the BE LIKE JEFF CLUB ...........

Yeah, tell them about the one you let Scott catch. That maybe Kinebra's story to tell. Grant

Mel,
Not that much more to tell. Bobberfishing Tidewater with Kinebra. (what a nice guy) Had to work for the fish, but we got lucky a few times and the bobber did the right dance. Not alot of pressure from other boats. I wouldn't call it red hot, but there were some fish around.

I'm soon off the Tillamook, late setting up camp this year, but once again I am setting a goal of 50 landed. 44 to go. Have 8 punches available, so I plan on killing only 4 or 5. My hopes are that one or two of those might be big chrome pigs. Been so long since I've got a 50 pounder, I've forgotten what they feel like. Hey it's just fun watching the bobber twitch and then disappear.............

You know for only $9.98 you can join the Be Like Jeff fan club and get access to his secrets and learn the offical handshake..........

No sympathy from this fishbrain- I'm still trying to break 40 (lifetime best is 38 :depressed: .)I've landed a lot of Nooks, but that trophy is still waiting. It's actually nice, gives me something to dream and look forward to.

I'm glad I'm not like Jeff! I'm tired of paying for dubious honors and I wouldn't want to have to live up to the rep.

Jeff is my ex husband.
I do not want to be like him.
Jeff is Jeffhead over on Steelheader.
I do not want to be like him either.
Jeff is the guy who coordinates and arranges ifish hat sales.
He's nice and everything, but I still don't want to be like him, either.

I want to be like Jeff.

OK, now I'm dying to be like Jeff.

Look at this, from the acceptable use policy:

One of the drawbacks to the board's growing membership is an occasional surge in pointless messages. This bulletin board is loosely moderated and therefore we must be somewhat self-regulating.

I still want to know....

Who is Jeff?

I don't know who Jeff is either. Not joining his followers. But i'm with Mel in his ongoing search for that 40#er. I've hooked and fought bigger fish on the trask but ever landed them. My biggie is still a 30# hen from the tilly bubble.

Steve

Where do I send that $9.98 check again. Sign me up for the Jeff fan club, was that hand shake pinkie, pinkie, thumb, wrist, knuckles, wrist, thumb, or do I still have it screwed up still. Thanks really for all the nice words, I enjoyed the day you spent in my boat on that guided trip  and thanks for telling everyone it was the Nustucca TW we fished Friday and not where we really were. I'm Glad Jerry tried No-Knots. I told you Jerry was a great guy and you would enjoy fishing with him.

Scott
