I've done pretty well in June down there, but I'm not an authority on Green P.
I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be full with the snowpack we have this year. But you'd have to ask the Corps about that to be sure.

Skeezer,

June is the month to fish GP. You'll have to dodge some jet and water skiers then but the fishing generally makes up for it. It also gets windy there in the afternoon and the launch starts backing about about 11 o'clock on sunny and warm days.

This page has reservoir and river levels on it. Right now, GP is at 944, full pool is 1010, so its about 66 feet from the top. I've done very well trolling shallow in May, but the fish have been very scattered in that month. I think they bite all year long, but they don't really start to school up and get agressive until June. In May, they're agressive, but you have to find them, and then find them again, and again, and again.

I have had some of my best days fishing GP in August. With the right lure and getting down to them you can catch them all summer. Once it get warm, early and late in the day if you don't like boats and jet skis zooming around you.
