Every time I cross a bridge over the Willy...

This week, nearly every time I've driven over the willy I nearly cause a wreck because someone is fighting a fish. Tuesday while crossing she Sauvis island bridge around 5:30 pm there was a boat netting one near the pilings on the upstream SI Side & another guy looked to have one on by the Yellow buoy. Yesterday around 6:30 pm I saw a guy netting one as I crossed the I-5 bridge. & this morning on my way in at about 7:45 Am there was a guy fighting one under the steel bridge.

I need to put blinders on or I'm gonna cause a wreck for sure. ODOT really needs to get on top of these guys or we are going to have major traffic tie ups through out the spring.

Yeah, last monday I had the same problem driving over the Marquam. It can be distracting for sure to see a net fly when you're driving by.

Every time I look over the bridge wife says, wish you would stretch your neck out like that for me once in a while! I hate that....

Remember few years ago heading to Tillamook, with a gal from the office and came around a corner and a guy in a drift boat was fighting a fish, I darn near ran the rig off the road trying to watch the battle.
