Default Newbee/forgot story

I missed the courtesy story on my first post....

2 years ago I was fishing on the N. Umqua for Summers. A man and his son were fishing on a rock I like and I asked if I could climb on and fish with them. They said yes and told me that they had not had any luck.
As I climbed to the top I could see a fish. I grab a fresh craw tail and made a cast. Fish on ! When I landed it had a wire in it's mouth. I pulled it out and it was an ODFW transmitter. Wait
I caught two jacks in two more casts and then went another half hour before I nailed the second summer. Nice fish about 11 lb's and a jumper.
After landing it I noticed another wire in this fish. It had a transmitter as well.
I turned both transmitters into the district office and found out that the ODFW office had on 15 fish in the river with these transmitter and I caught two.

They gave me a couple of fish prints and two gift certificates to Bi Mart.
Fresh BBQ material and shopping not bad.

I am going to spend fri- sun on the north coast. See ya there.
