Does the boat have a well with an outboard? If so, you are looking at the ticket to a fishery that few can experience: beach launching through the surf at Pacific City.

If you have never watched these guys work you are missing a treat! They also have a "club" I believe its Pacific City Dorymen. I think that several are available for charter.

Most are wood boats with a fiberglass overcoat. Great rough water boat!

Great boat and fun to watch. If I had the money and the ability to store several different boats my collection would include one of these beauties.

Yes Bumper Harvey is a well built boat. If it has been well cared for and is being offered at a fair price I'd say go for it. The best dory built is the Crown Custom. It also is a fiberglass boat. If you ever see one there's a good chance I built it.
