I understand I'm supposed to tell a fish story. Ok here ya go. Step back in time to the summer of the great alaskan fish out! My best friend had moved there a short time before and I couldn't wait to try out the water. First night and first Alaskan salmon. Casting from the shore near Georges Inlet. I cast the gaint pixie as far into the inland passage as conditions would allow, bang first cast I'm into something and the fight is on it a "king "! With all my might, the salmon is finally subdued. Only thing wrong the pixie is almost as large as the "king". Things did pick up the next week as we spent all day for a week on the water. Caught coho until we were tired of it ( sounds stupid now that I see it in print ) then decided to fish for Halibut. After about half a day of working harder than I like, arms about to fall off, I conceded that I would not drag another one of them from the bottom that day. For the rest of the day it was suds and trolling. Every thing we caught was released ! Some the day we caught them and some with the flush. Super time and great friends Putso (keta and his brother Imtired). Well enough of this. Hello

After being to Alaska and now in K'falls, you probably would like to go back. Fishing is much better there then in K'falls. Welcome to the group.
