Ford dealer
To the Ford dealer guy on here... what kind of financing deals and options can you do on used vehicles? My wife and I are seriously talking about getting a ~4 year old Mustang GT Convertible as a weekend toy. Do you deal with used cars, or just the new ones?

Mr.Kitchenpass(Dave)
Will work hard to earn your business. He really stepped up to help me sell my crewcab. Even offered me more out of it than I ended up selling for. I just couldn't be without the truck while he sold it.
Just go ahead and give him a call.

Re: Ford dealer
FM2...this will have no impact on the DB. My wife is taking a new job which comes with a car. So we are going to sell her car and buy a toy, and cut her car payment in the process. Thus, no impact. I have a raise that is past due at my job, and which will be retroactive. When it hits, there retro "pop" will be somewhere north of a grand....and my wife has said "why dont you use that pop towards buying a boat?". WOOHOOOO!! Getting closer.

Re: Ford dealer
Tex, I've bought a couple of vehicles from Doherty, not from Dave but I have dealt with him some. One of the cars I bought a leftover 99 about $1500 below invoice, it turned out to be a lemon. The deal Pat Doherty got me from Ford was killer. I had drove the car for nearly a year and a half, made payments for that time.
He gave me full invoice price trade in value (~$1500 more than I paid). And told me pick anything on the lot or order something else at the invoice cost.
It was a hassle but they will take care of you over there.

Re: Ford dealer
Thanks, Dave. How's that for service Texan?
This thread is not fishing related and has a fairly small audience so I will leave it here for awhile, then it is off to the general topics board.
