Default Turning tension set screw on older merc

I give up. I have an older Merc 9.8 Model 110 2 stroke kicker motor. I need to tighten the motor so it does not turn so easily (on its own). There has got to be a way to clamp that thing down, but I cannot find it. Any help out there? Al

There is a 1/2 head bolt on the yoke that you need to tighten. If I remember the yoke is below the collar that the whoel thing pivots on.

If your standing behind the motor looking toward the bow it should be on the lest side.
