Default Sewage at PC?

I have been fishing over to PC a few times this year. Every time I go fishin there a bunch of guys are complaining that they are dumping in sewage above the brige. They say that the sewage is causing the fish not to hold and just move through.

I was just wondering if any of you guys have heard anything about this and know if it is true.

Ya, but the brown trout bite turns on  . That little bit of rain we had was enough to cause some spillage. If I was a fish, I wouldn't hold.
