Default tomorrow's tides

What time tomorrow will be a good tide to fish around the St.Helens area? I didn't think they were too good, but can't remember when. Any help would be great. Thans

I use the cool tide perdictions on the main page to get my tide times. Pretty easy to use.

I found the chart, but don't know how many hours difference it is from astoria to here. I am new to this. Any help on it would be appreciated. Thanks
