Nookie pic
Caught this Nookie on my favorite columbia trib with some fresh egg's. She put up a very nice fight from the bank. Measurements were 40" by 22". That is 24.9 pounds according to bob's calculator.

Re: Nookie pic
I see by your pants that you used some sort of red cure. Care to share?

Re: Nookie pic
My pants are covered with Pro Cure Double Neon, but we also Amerman's egg's cured with his salmon cure. Both work very well. Amerman's egg's seem to hold together much better then the Pro Cure eggs, but I just happened to be out of Amerman's when I nailed this beauty.

Re: Nookie pic
I set the hook so hard that it actually blew the sleeves off of my shirt Catching a fish this size on a smaller river is all a guy could ask for, no need to make it bigger ( at least not for a few years). This is currently the biggest fish I have ever landed on the bank. She made me pay for it though, and broke my net which was more appropriate for coho and steelhead sized fish. If the year continues how it's gone though on all of the sw wash tribs I might be able to nail a bigger one
