Default Thanks Blast and Cast

Ifish is so cool!!! What a great bunch of people we have here.
Sunday night I posted a question looking for suggestions on rod holders that would be suited for my wife. My wife is disabled (She has a bad left leg and uses a cane to walk). Her problem is that when a fish strikes, she first has to stand up and get set before she is able to remove the rod from the holder and set the hook.

Blast and Cast came up with more than a suggestion. He had a pair of Quickset Rod Holders in his garage that he was no longer using. He told me to get in touch with him and they were mine. What a generous offer! He lives in the same part of town that I do, so I went over and picked them up tonight. They look like they will really help Gini out. With these rod holders, she will be able to set the hook from the sitting position with the rod still in the holder.

Blast and Cast,
Thanks again for your wonderful gesture.
