I heard about a place called the Garbage Hole. Any help where to find this place?

throw a rock off the downstream side of the 205 bridge @ Oregon City and it will land in the garbage hole.

And if you throw a rock off the other side you will hit the second most popular place to fish Oregon City, (The Sand Bar)

Please don't throw rocks off the 205 bridge until June. Thank you

Yep. Going upstream it goes;

Garbage Hole - Below 205

Sand Bar - Just above 205, West Linn side.

Lake Line - OC side, above the sand bar but below the old bridge. Off Catherdral rock, which is a sometimes spot for bankies to cast spinners.
When it gets busy sometimes an upper and lower line will form.

The next anchor spot for hog liners is up at the deadline below the falls - known as Black Point on the OC side, and several names like deadline or Mill race on the WL side.

Impeller's turning fine, but there is a story behind that one. And I'm not talking!!! :grin: :grin: :grin:

Well, maybe later.

It isn't my back yard. It is above my back yard. Garbage holers keep drifting down to my back yard with hooked fish just to aggravate me!

Launch at Clackamette, turn left into Willamette. The Garbage hole is where the first hogline is that can sometimes extend across the whole river making it nearly impossible to get through.
