Almost new trolling plate

I have a almost new, only used 4-6 times, Easy Troll trolling plate.. This is the best one money can buy. It comes with the dolfin fins and all the hardware to install.. Came off a 60HP Merc. I bought this in April at Fishermans marine for $149.99 asking $80 bucks for it...

It that the kind that flips up if you want to go fast? Does it make it harder to manuever at trolling speed? Have a pic?

It does flip up so you can go fast... Its not that much harder to manuever around at trolling speeds... I used it up in the oregon city area to back trolling, and the columbia at davis bar with no problem... pm me a email and I can send you a pic... or google Easy troll trolling plates and look for the one with the dolfin fins.. this unit looks like it just came out of the box...

Does it have a split in the plate, or is the plate solid? some of them have a hinge in case you forget to pull the plate up before taking off.
