Carefull, it is illegal for anyone to sell fish or bait unless they have the proper license's and for good reason.

This board is is getting pretty bad when you cant even ask what STORE!! has fresh smelt without some moron thinking your doing somthing illigal.. I am done with it so dont bother booting me off.. ps Im not the only one who feels that way..

Sorry FISH EYED FOOL, your question made it sound like you were asking Joe public for smelt to buy, not retail stores.
I used to get asked all the time at the coast if I could sell folks rockfish that I caught or others caught and had to give pretty much the same answer.
Captain and Marie or Tillamook Bait had some smelt for sale a little while back on this site, you might check with them.
