Got a late start this morning and did not get on the water at Oxbow until just before 10:00 a.m. (I hate it when work interferes with my fishing.

) Drifted to Dabney, off the water around 4:00. Water was at 9.7 and fairly clear. Of course, the weather was very nice.
The only fish we saw were in Hosmer, and they were dark and skankey. We bobber and jigged, and we pulled plugs, but with zero action. We talked to another DB at Camp Angelos. They reported having brief contact with one fish.
Oh well, I confirmed that my boat will still float and Springer Season is just around the corner. I love this time of year.
