Default Daughters 1st Gator (pic)

Spent last Saturday out on the Willy with my little fishin buddy. Her 1st gator trip and her first gator. To bad we couldn't bring it home. Oh well we had a great time anyway.
She wants to be an ifish member now and she's already picked out her name "WishinforFishin". You may of heard her on the radio ask for a radio check. She bugged me for about 2 hours to talk on the radio so I let her ask for a check.

Way to go P.P.! That's some of the best memories you'll ever have. My daughter cut her teeth on channel cats, and is my best fishin' buddy.

It's great to see kids on the river, gators are great practice for salmon couple years ago took my son out for first time at 5 years old he was able to reel in several it was great practice for him cuz at 6 he was able to handle a 18# and 28# fall salmon alone.

How about the scent deal you have on your line, have you seen increase in bites, seen them at sprotsman show but was concerned when launching 20+ ounces of lead if impact would bust them open.

That is so awesome. I can't wait until I am grown up enough to have kids to take them fishing.

Hooksetter- Never had any problems with them whatsoever. I've never done any tests with one on a line and a line without one. Think I'll do that next time. See if they prefer the one with the bobber.
