Darn right they are out there. I saw them this am on the way in to work. I've never seen that many boats near the waterfront in Downtown Portland before. There must be fish in there..whatcha think?? I just walked out the back door here at work to check on them...still there...most are trolling.
I think the Hawthorne Fleet referes to the fact that they are working the water between the Hawthorne and Ross Island Bridges.....
