Huge Thank You to David Johnson
I want to let everyone know that David Johnson has got to be one of the Best Individuals and guide that I have ever met in my 32 years.
He took a group of 5 out today ranging from a green horne to a vetran. My brother in law got his first ever Salmon. The smallest will go around 10 lbs and the largest (MINE) was 28.9 lbs. By the way David was able to guess the weight withing 1-2 ounces of the large fish.
Again if you ever get the chance to go out with David I would highly suggest it. I was able to catch fish and then also learn alot of the small things to get into them also.

Anyone that can limit out his boat and still rescue canoests all in the same day has got to be good.
And he can catch fish with a banana on board!

Re: Huge Thank You to David Johnson
I'd also like to say THANK YOU to David. HE has given me tips and answered any questions when I've E-mailed him. He has always shared with all of us the tricks that seem to work when we can't buy a bite. Thanks again David and keep up the good work.

Re: Huge Thank You to David Johnson
I don't know David personally. I have monitered his responses and demeanor on the BB for some time and have never heard anything but positive comments about him as a guide and a man. I have followed him around the local waters from time to time and know he catches fish very handily. But, more importantly, I know he is a man who loves God and a man of character. Historically and currently, character has always mattered.
I would look forward to an opportunity to fish with him some day.

Re: Huge Thank You to David Johnson
I'd also like to add that David works very hard on those just-not-happening days too. That's the mark of a pro, when they give 110% on days when the odds are simply against you.

Re: Huge Thank You to David Johnson
I've gone out with Dave twice, each time my brother was visiting from the East Coast and I wanted to assure him a good trip and Dave didn't dissapoint. We had a great time each time but it wasn't only him getting us into fish, for me it was the tips and techniques he freely gave I know it's improved my results.....and you know right off the bat he's working as hard as he can to make it a good trip, I kinda felt bad when I missed a fish here and there(sorry casting that level wind over my brothers shoulder didn't quite work out) but I can guarantee anyone that books a trip with him will consider it money well spent

Re: Huge Thank You to David Johnson
He's real polite on the river and we go out of our way to treat him the same. He's actually kinda sly too!
Now if you wanna talk to him about his egg recipe, that's a different matter!
