Well,we got out again Sunday. The boats were more scattered than Fri.
I started the day with a MONSTER about 9am.I'm sure it went 40+,But the netter got way more excited than me[if that's possible],you all know the rest of the story.
We did'nt see another take down until1pm,then it seemed that all he** broke loose.A 25 next a23 and then a 19,all in the boat.I wouldn't let above touch the net, just kept him in the other end of the boat.We also had 2 LLR.
Now for a little where and how.
We were in the slot at the edge of D sands on the Wash side ,worked in 35 to 50 ft or so.ALL fish hit purple label, plug cut.It was about 50/50 downriger and diver.I fished the DR with fishflash--1red---1blue.The dives went with herring only.Kept the DR,s as close to the bottom as possible, the divers at 25 2ft pulls
As David J posted last week the best bite[except for that MONSTER]came around the tide change,an hour or so before and after.
Going to go again this week some time, will post
