Break in at Morgan Park

Forgive me for this being my first post (without the initiation story), but it is for our own good.

My friend got over $2 Grand of gear and other stuff stolen out of his truck at Morgan Park on the Siletz on Friday. I know, I know ... "leave the truck as empty as possible, with the doors practically open." He actually DOES know better, but got in a bind and took a chance. And paid for it.

I just wanted to get the word out that it happened at that spot. Sad story that we have to plan so much for such thing to happen.

Just once. Just once, let me stroll up while this is happening!

... Then again, I should be careful what I wish for.

There were at least 4 cars broken into in the lot on Friday. I heard someone got a veiw of who they thought did it. Email me if you want more info or so I can know if yours is one of them we already heard about. I wasn't there but talked to a bunch of people that were and heard of at least 4 cars that got hit that day. Sounds like someone took a crowbar and pried open some rear gates and doors. Last Fall my clinet's car got broken into at Strome. As always be careful what you leave in view.
