Ifishstock Pigmittee
Kiwanda Kid is in charge of the "Pigmittee" for the bbq.
He has roasted many pigs before, and uses a pig roaster that he custom built. Everything will be safe, and edible without gastric distress... Well, that depends on how much you consume!!!
Anyway, if anyone would like to be on food committees, or gaming committees, let me know.
I have to gather up prize bags, etc.
I think there will be a three dollar charge per head to cover the pig costs, and with that, you will receive some door prize tickets for a chance to win some of these awesome prizes.
Does anyone have a portable microphone? There is no electricity here, so I don't know how that will work.
A good MC? Anyone know a good announcer?
What else.... Oh yeah! Does anyone know where I can get one of those casting fish games with the plastic fish? Ever seen one? They are fun!

Re: Ifishstock Pigmittee
Instead of just giving away everything as prizes, why don't you raffle some of it off? I'd certainly be willing to buy several raffle tickets for a chance at a custom rod or some of the other goodies you've got. You could use the money to offset IFishStock expenses, or IFish.com expenses. I personally wouldn't even be bothered if raffle proceeds were earmarked for non-Ifish related charity, like your kid's school band or the Gary Krum fund.
You could even make some of the raffles open to everyone on the board - so those that can't make it down to the party can still participate.
Between the message board and your time, and the free sponsor giveaways, we get enough free stuff. I don't think it would be unreasonable for people to cough up a few extra bucks for the chance at some pretty valuable prizes.

Re: Ifishstock Pigmittee
Raffles are illegal unless you are a 501 non profit.
Ifish does not have that status.
Meal tickets for ifish pig are 3.00... I think. That will entitle you to some door prize tickets.
Haven't figured out the details.

Re: Ifishstock Pigmittee
If prize tickets are included, then you've got to at least raise the price of the meal ticket then to a 5 or 10$ "donation".
