Prospect1999 and I caught 32 trout on Sat.(Red Nissan- Beige Lodge Series Smokercraft) We trolled Needlefish all day- chartreuse/ or green seemed to work in the morning, pink/white was hot for awhile in the late afternoon. All fish caught on surface 3-5 ft. down. Lots of fish on the depthfinder down 40-70ft but tried with downriggers to no avail. We caught only one 12 incher and the rest were mostly 8-10 inches.

Truth in fishing declaration: last week I was by myself and fished for 6 1/2 hours and only caught 2 trout :depressed:

Nice to meet ya T4T! Sounds like you guys nailed em! We didn`t really know what to use for trolling so we just improvised with a variety of spinners and stuff. Didn`t spend a whole lot of time at it though. Were painting a lot of fish but couldn`t hook up, so just spent a little time flippin` plastics in the shallows for bass. Then we had a little Bar-B there at the ramp while watchin` the bass contest weigh in. Catch you all up there again sometime. Thanx for the report. Ff.

Saw a few ifish stickers @ Hagg on Sat. at ramp A. 1Red Nissan w/ canopy, a red Yota w/canopy & a white Explorer. Good to see all the stickers! Anybody do any good? We were mostly flippin` plastic for bass but not too seriously. Saw a few trout caught. Watched the bass contest weigh in. One huge smallie 6.2 pounds, and a couple of 3.5 pounders. A good day on the lake! Woulda been nice to meet you other ifishers! See you all another time, I hope. Later, Ff.

White Explorer here, the two of us caught 4 or 5 trout each. Had a great day on the lake in the sun, I will be out there again next weekend depending on the weather.
