A 200 hp sport jet is about the same as a 300 hp outboard....

The sport jet with a tiller handle, only in the motion marine, is the ultimate jet sled power plant. It will blow the socks off any comparable outboard.
Mine is a 20' with a 175 and it will flip you over in a guide style pedestal chair when you jump up on step.
And it will run shallower than any non tunnel hulled jet boat out there.

6 guys and gear loeaded with fish in Astoria rough water seemed to have PLENTY of power!!! He is faster than my Arima on the river!!

How is the fuel economy on that sportjet and what are the hours on the little motor?
Does your boat vibrate allot, I have a friend that has one and its pretty loud and kind of vibrates. Just wonder what your experience has been with your boat.

This is one bad boat. I have fished out of this boat many days. It rides nice gets there fast and catches fish. Lots of room to fish even with 6 on board.
