Need instructions for adding pic to message

I asked this question on Bob's board with no clear answers so I'll try here:

I take a picture, download it onto my computer, I convert the picture to a jpg. (I use graphic converter) and store it in a file of my choice.

From here, how do I get it onto the message board? When I click the "image" button it brings up a window for me to type in a "URL address" This is where I'm lost.

Look up near the top of the page, green letters on a gold back ground "Picture Uploads" ... there are instructions there. If you can't figure them out, drop me an e-mail.

Eric, click on the "image" and print it or at least remember it. Just went through it and you have to have the URL saved (copy) so you can add it (paste) when prompted. Otherwise, not too bad.
