Turkey Leftover & No-Gas Beans

What to do with Thanksgiving turkey? (and all the other stuff and etc)
Easy Peasy. Get some paper plates and a roll of wrap, take 5 and make up TV DINNERS! Great the next week from the freezer!
Tired of eating bean soup, then having to hang a "flammable" sign around your neck the next day? Soak your beans in baking soda overnight or longer, then rinse and cook. NO GAS

Do a google search on "Beans Soda water". Lots of reasons not to use baking soda (SODIUM BICARBONATE).

I find a 12-18 hour soak and a long slow cooking process is best. Just ask someone that makes beer what temperatures help convert starches to sugar.
