They are messing with the outflow again. The gates are open to 4.5 when they have been about1.5-2.0for 4 days this ups the flow double almost. They are doing a study to see how many fish go over when they up the flow. The nooks fell to 40% and the steelhead fell to about 25% of what has been going over. Maybe, just maybe the temp will go back down if they do this a few days???????????//
