Default My Grandpa

Hey guys,

About 2 years ago I had us all praying for my grandpa. He lost his leg due to infection and has been healthy and going strong ever since. This weekend he had a massive heart failure and things aren't looking good. He is a good Christian man that had always been the most caring and loving person to anyone and everyone and the thought of losing him is just so hard. The family spent the day in the hospital yesterday and I was able to see/ and be with him for a bit. (He is in an induced acoma, and on a machine. They are cooling his body down for 24 hours to try and minimize damage until today) It has been a major trial for all of us and any prayers for my family would be so appreciated.
This is a new thing for me as I haven't lost anyone close and I know we are all so shaken up. We will find out this afternoon what happens, but please if you have the time and can find it in your hearts pray for him (Marvin Emmert). His comfort, and the family (especially my grandma, they have been married for 53 years)

Thank you so much, and on another note, the last time we prayed for his quick healing I told him about the fact that so many of you had taken the time to pray, it touched him so much and brought tears to his eyes. Thank you all and have a blessed week!

Hey guys, thank you for your prayers. We got a shock yesterday, he started breathing on his own and opening his eyes. The whole fam got to go in and talk to him, tell him we love him, and just talk. His eyes would open wider when we talked to him and the neurologist said that he could hear us and his brain activity was definitely there. GOD IS GOOD. We are still cautious to be overly excited as there is a long ways to go, but God gave us a chance to let Grandpa hear that we love him! Keep praying and thank you so much! I know he was touched when I told him we had so many people praying for him!
