All of the tid-bits of advice here are only good if ya use um.
Here I am sitting/ anchored in my boat on the big C watching the water go by and thinking what a great life I have. Coffee, rock-n-roll, fish on da finder etc. I happen to glance at my landing net waving in the wind and it kind of looks like a gillnet. Well now, that hole would sure not be a good thing if I got a springer to swim into it.
I know, Thumper says wash your anchor line, someone else said CHECK your net. I washed my rope & now I've even mended my net while the replacement is in transit.
