7/6/1975 to 10/19/2010 Born in corvallis, graduated from Bend high. earned degree in wildlife sciences from OSU. Was involved in the colorado Lynx reintroduction as a wildlife biologist. Avid hunter and outdoorsman. Died at his mountain hunting cabin of unknown causes while hunting partner went to call 911 for medivac. Survived by his parents and 4 siblings

Cause of death was confirmed as hantavirus
