Default sashimi/soba salad.

I think I may have come up with a new cold salad! I am not totally educated on japanese quisine so I am not sure if thye have something similiar but this was certainly a first for me and it came together thanks to a bunch of left overs from a sushi party!

The ingriedient list:
cooked zaru soba noodles
cucumber (left over julienned cuts from the Cali Rolls)
Avocado (cubed)
Ikura (from a coho I caught last week)
Salmon Sashimi (from that same coho)
Soy sauce
Wasabi

I pretty much just tossed the noodles, protien, and veggies into a tuperwere, and then added some soy/wasabi as the dressing and gave it a toss. It was delicious and the color from ikura and sashimi mixed in with the brown noodles and green veg made for a very pretty dish as well!

I think if I were serving it at a party I would probably make a bed by mixing the noodles and veg together topped with a "wheel" of sashimi and a dollop of ikura in the middle.

I have the other half fillet in the fridge so I think i may have to make another batch very, very soon!!!!
