After getting bumbed off my buddies bost at the last minute, I stood down at the boat ramp with a sign that said "NEED A RIDE." and two really nice guys,not only gave me a ride they even put me on a fish! 14 lb hatchery, great fight and pretty tasty too!
Many,Many thanks to charlie and the other gentleman for the oppritunity to fish with them.
By the way, the fish checker at willamette park said she only checked 9 legals and 3 returns all day,which considering the amount of boats in sellwood was kind of disapointing.

GOOD GAWD...I suppose now we can expect to start seeing forlorn looking fishermen/women standing around boat ramps and docks with signs.........

"Will wash rigs for rides"
"Will do yard work for fishing"
"No wife no boat no tow vehicle...PLEASE HELP"
"Have rods tackle and bait, will fish"

And on the walls in the public restrooms at boatramps...............

well,Ya,there was a black lab that got in their boat. I'm always easy to spot. K.C.Chiefs jacket with a hole melted in the back(too close to the heater one day) and duct tape on the knees of my fishing pant's.
