Default low water line question.

I am wondering what line everyone uses for low clear water conditions. This would be for steelhead/salmon.
I am currently using Maxima 6-8 pound. I have used it for years, but was wondering with all the new lines out there if I should change,,,,
This should fire some ppl up...

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Jeff

Lite(er) for drift and bobber fishing.8# works fine.May plat around some more with flourocarbon.50 tuf on divers(15 max leaders).30# leaders on plugs.Straight 8-12 on spinners.
See you on the rivers.
Mark.
