Ours is pretty simple.

One can Snows Minced clams
One brick of Cream Cheese

Warm the cream cheese to room temperature. Open the can of clams and collect the juice in a cup or bowl. When cream cheese is warm put it in a bowl and add the minced clams minus the juice. Mix the clams and cream cheese together. In order to get the right consistency ad a small portion of the clam juice until it's right.

Chill and serve.

I'm always the hero with this recipe.

2 brick of Philly cream cheese
1 can of copped clams with juice, not minced, better flavor.
a shake of garlic power
a couple of drops of lemon juice
a shake of worcestershire sauce
mix all together put in fridge for 3-4 hours YUM!

Dat' Creamy Clam Dip...

The mixings -

1 cup chopped minced steamed clams, drained, juice reserved
2 tablespoons clam juice
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 drops Tabasco pepper sauce
1 pinch garlic powder

Toss all of the ingredients together, and let stand 1 hour or so before serving.

Garnish with chopped chives* & serve with crackers.

By the way, works well with Crab as well.

People who say they don't like clam dip.. love this.

It's real simple. Depending on how much you wanna to make.. this is the usual quantity I make.

4 bricks cream cheese
1/2 small yellow onion
2-3 cloves minced fresh garlic
3 cans minced clams (with juice)
1 tablespoon worchestshire sauce

I use my kicthen aid and put the cream cheese in.. then grate half a yellow onion and garlic into it... Blend it.... add 2 cans of clam juice...
worchestershire sauce... and minced clams... mix then refridgerate for an hour... over night is best.

Quick and easy Clam Dip:

1 pt Sour Cream
1 Can Chopped Clams (6.5oz) drained mostly
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix

Mix all together. It's quick easy and good and gets better after sitting for a bit as they all do.

Enjoy!
