Banking on willamette or Columbia springers

I am new to the Portland area. Benn here for almost 1 year now, Found that the Sandy river is a great place to steelhead fish but want to get into some springers this year. Is any one aware of any real good bank spots for casting big spinners to springers?

wait till later in April--June and drift fish for them, OR bobber and eggs! Good fun!

I don't do any spinner fishing for springers but I think they throw those at the catwalk at Willamette Falls in Oregon City. Just do a search on catwalk and you'll probably find some good info.
