5 MPH in Mult. channel?

Hopefully someone here knows. In the channel by the floating homes are buoys and signs for 5 MPH "NO WAKE" zones. Does that mean the whole channel or within a certain distance?
Also there are buoys in the middle of the channel by the floating homes just above the Ferry St. ramp on Sauvie Island, does that mean only within the buoys or what?

I'm pretty sure, casue I've been warned in other buoy locations, it's 200 feet from the buoy.

Slow-no wake, maximum 5 mph for motorboats:

-- within 200' of moorages between Hadley's Landing and Willamette River;
-- within 200' of the public transient moorage at Coon Island;
-- within 200' of the Gilbert River boat ramp;
-- on Scappoose Bay within 200' of Bayport Marina and public ramp.
